Social Infrastructures & Developments
As part of her rural community developments, Mediatrix Reach Out Trust (MeRoT) engages in provision of electricity and rural road constructions to rural areas ...
so as to provide light to peoples’ homes and access roads to peoples’ subsistent farms. With the roads, subsistent farmers can access their farms, do agricultural works and be able to bring out their harvest to their homes and markets.
The electricity and road the Organization has been able to provide are few kilometers done in Amuhie village Ohuhu Umuahia North LGA, Abia State, Nigeria. These have been helpful to the villagers who are mostly subsistent farmers. More still needs to be done.
The Organization thanks immensely the benefactors and benefactresses both nationally and internationally for their magnanimity and altruism in realizing these projects.

The Prophet Isaiah foretold of the voice crying: “Prepare the way of the Lord in the wilderness. Make a straight highway for our God in the desert. Every valley shall be raised up, every mountain and hill made low; the rough ground shall become level, the rugged places plain. Then, the glory of the Lord will be revealed and all people will see it together. For the mouth of the Lord has spoken” (40:3-5). John the Baptist claimed to be the fulfilment of this prophesy when he says: “I am the voice crying out in the desert, “Make straight the way of the Lord,” as Isaiah the prophet said”. (Mk 1:23). The ways could be the rough paths of peoples’ lives that need to be made right this season that we await the coming of Jesus (at Christmas, his Parousia and in our daily lives). Equally, the physical roads that people tread upon should be made straight too. This is necessary since humans are composed of body and soul (spirit). As a result,Mediatrix Reach Out Trust embarks of creating and grading roads for people of Amuhie Ohuhu Umuahia in Abia State, Nigeria. This is to enable the people access relatively good roads to their farms and to other pursuits of their livelihood. There should be a healthy mind in a healthy body and cleanliness leads to godliness. MeRoT thanks all her friends , benefactors, benefactresses, sponsors and well-wishers for supporting her vision and mission.

Light is one of the promises to the children of God. John the Baptist (one of the great prophets of Advent) to testify to the light, so that all might believe through him. Of course, he was not the light, but came to testify to the light. He avers: “The true light, which enlightens everyone, was coming into the world (John 1:8-9). The light is Jesus Christ, who declares: “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” (John 8:12). When some objects are exposed to light, they gains powers to reflect light. Likewise, human beings are expected to illumine others and the world when they gain the Light of Christ. Jesus even said it: “You are the light of the world” (Mat. 5:14). As such, Mediatrix Reach Out Trust embarks of providing lights (both electricity and solar powers) for the people of Amuhie Ohuhu Umuahia in Abia State, Nigeria. This is to enable people to be more productive in their life endeavours. Light is an essential commodity and a basic need for humans. MeRoT thanks all her friends, benefactors, benefactresses, sponsors and well-wishers for supporting her vision and mission.
