RELIGIOUS INFRASTRUCTURES AND DEVELOPMENTS

When true and authentic religion thrives in the society, it helps also in curbing crimes and developing of persons and communities. Mediatrix Reach Out Trust (MeRoT) engages in Religious Infrastructures and development programmes which includes the upliftment of true and authentic religion.

Presently,  the organization is hugely assisting in buying/acquiring lands and the building of a befitting  one thousand, five hundred sitting capacity Church in Amuhie/Umuyota area; named St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Umuyota; a station under St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Ugwunchara Umuahia, Abia State, Nigeria.

The area newly welcomes the Catholic faith. The faithful is presently worshipping in a batcher makeshift building while waiting the completion of the new Church. The faith and resilience of the poor but committed worshippers serve as an encouraging force to the organization which sources funds from benefactors/benefactresses, friends and people of goodwill for the realization of the project.                                                                                                                                               It is hoped that the doggedness of the organization in furthering this project will strengthen the faith of the people even more. When completed, contributors will surely be receiving graces from God as a result of prayers made in this place of worship. Equally, the people will have respite for their soul and this will enhance peaceful and serene atmosphere for personal and community development.

Apart from the building of the Church, the Organization is engaged in donating food items, clothing materials, education materials and Church equipment to the Churches and communities.

The Organization thanks immensely the benefactors/benefactresses both nationally and internationally for their magnanimity and altruism.
